Editor in Chief
Susanna Perlov is thrilled to work as Editor-in-Chief for Outlook Student Press. She is currently a sophomore in the Sam Draper M/TS Honors Program, and plans on continuing her education at a four-year university, where she hopes to study English and communications.
Production Manager
Babita Sangeeta Persaud is a sophomore in the Sam Draper M/TS Honors Program at SUNY Rockland Community College preparing to transfer to a four-year university where she plans to major in Biomedical Sciences. As Production Manager she designs the formats and schemes for which the paper is printed and oversees to ensure the highest quality paper for students every issue.
News Editor
Josh is a freshman in the M/TS honors program at SUNY Rockland and News Editor of Outlook Student Press. His interests in school include history and politics and he hopes to go to a four-year university, and then o nto law school to study constitutional law.
Features Editor
Sari Ugell is a freshman in the Early Admit and MTS honors programs, where she is majoring in pre-med studies. She hopes to transfer to a four year college where she will study to become a nurse practitioner with a specialization in pediatric gastroenterology.
Science and Health Editor
Zehra Sheikh is a full time student in the M/TS Honors Program at SUNY Rockland. Zehra was able to tap into many clubs and activities, and started a club with her sister on campus called Democracy Through the Eyes of Women. During the summer of 2009 she attended the Medicine and Health Care program at Columbia University, where she declared her premed major.
Opinion Editor
Jeremy Pardo is a student in RCC's high school program, taking RCC courses in addition to his homeschool high school classes. After completion of high school, he hopes to study plant science at a four-year university. In his free time he enjoys gardening and writing.
Style and Entertainment Editor
Jesse Strauch is a sophomore in the M/TS Honors program at Rockland Community College. In between classes, he spends his time as a local journalist, an after-school science teacher, and a part-time Casanova. Jesse is enthusiastic about being a component of the Outlook team.
Photo Editor
Born and Raised in Airmont, New York, I started shooting photography after I realized my hands were too clumsy for any other art form. Fortunately, writing no longer needs neat penmanship, and my writing, along with my photos, have been allowed to progress into what they are today.
Art Director
Demi Moore is a sophomore at RCC. She is a graphic design major and has been the Art Director for Outlook since the spring of 2010. She plans on transferring to a four-year school, where she will pursue advertising. Along with graphic design, Demi also enjoys painting and drawing.
Business Manager
Stan Morodokhin is a sophomore enrolled in the hospitality program at SUNY Rockland. He plans to transfer to a four-year school to pursue a degree in research and development of hotel real estate, with a focus on investment banking. Stan is the co-founder of the Water Justice Alliance, an organization on campus started to better the lives of those that do not have access to clean drinking water globally.
